Orders will ship 2-5 days from the order date. Please ensure your information has been entered accurately, as it cannot be changed once the shipping label is printed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and again when it ships.
All sales are final. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your package is delivered to request a return under the following conditions:
- The item was damaged during shipping
In this case, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- You received the incorrect product
If one of these circumstances occurs, please contact us for details.
Please treat your handmade creation with care. Leather products should not be exposed to water. Gently wipe jewelry with a soft cloth. Jewelry should not have prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, etc. Home accessories may be very lightly dusted.
